What exactly is healthy living and is it actually attainable? I dislike when buzz words are thrown around without any advice or terms defined. Healthy living begins when we start finding the balance our whole being desires. Breaking it down into chunks helps immensely. Thats what I will help you do, break balance down into manageable chunks, helping you see lasting change doesn't have to be exhausting, but attainable.
The Healthy Living Personal Program
What is the Healthy Living Program? This program is designed with you in mind, completely. This program isn't a one style fits all program, this is tailored to your specific needs, goals and wants. Want to first work om your spiritual transformation? We start there. Need to move more, gain strength and muscle? Lets go! Eating healthy lacking, unsure of what nutritional lifestyle would work the best for you? I've got you! However you want to begin, we will begin. What sets The Healthy Living Program apart is that you oversee your own health journey! You are in charge. My job is to help you see the how's/what's/why's of your journey. You will hear me say "journey" a lot, because that is what life is; a journey we are on to grow into a strong more resilient human for the betterment of society in all areas. The Lord has a plan and purpose for each and every one of us, He created you with that in mind. We never stop changing or growing, life isn't stagnate but constantly in flow, we can either flow in a unhealthy pattern or we can flow in a balanced, healthy way.
The Healthy Living Program starts like this: an initial meeting where I get to know you, go over your intake form, and begin an assessment. Our first meeting will be for an hour. The following week we will meet for ninety minutes, we will have a lot to cover! After that, we will meet for thirty to forty-five minute sessions, one to two times per month, for three months. Once our three months are done, you can schedule a thirty-minute session whenever you feel you need clarification, want to try something new or just feel stuck and struggling. I am always available to help you on your wellness journey, and I will work hard for you to reach your desires and goals. Like I said earlier, the greatest thing about Th Healthy Living Program is that you are in charge of your health!


The Healthy Living Quick
What is Healthy Living Quick? While there are no quick fixes in all areas of life, sometimes we only need a wee bit of help to get us to our goals. Thats where this program shines. If you are already pretty balanced; eat right, work-out, balanced in life in general, this is for you. If you are feeling frustrated, feeling like you are doing so much already, what could I possibly be missing? I will help you dive in deep to areas that alone you might have missed. Together we will get you on the right track with just a few minor tweaks and adjustments.
Healthy Living Quick looks like this: First initial session is one hour. We will meet again the following week for one hour. After that, you can schedule a thirty-minute follow-up or not, it is completely up to you. You may not need anything more.
